Yes, it is very economical when you consider your dollar cost of employee time, the purchase and maintenance of a shredder, the storage of the documents, the removal of shreds, and the dirty mess. Our service is secure, convenient, and cost-effective. SDD will be glad to work with you to do an analysis to determine your current in-house shredding costs.

Do I need to purchase a special container?
No, Secure Document Disposal will supply all of our customers with a fully secured, locked container for collection purposes.
How often do you come to pick up the documents for shredding?
Secure Document Disposal will work out a convenient schedule for you, either periodic or on-call, as needed. We will pick up daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually. We have contract rates for large-volume users and also have economical rates for infrequent users.
What are your prices for shredding?
Prices will vary slightly by location. Please contact us for a quick estimate and confidential consultation. Chances are great that you will receive substantial savings over your current method.
How do I pay for the service?
You may pay monthly for regular pick-ups and destruction or on a per-use basis, either by company check or credit card.
How do I know you've shredded my materials?
If you choose the option to receive a Certificate of Destruction when you place your order, you should receive this document with your invoice. The Certificate is evidence that your documents have been destroyed according to government guidelines and have been disposed of accordingly. Arrangements can be made for supervised destruction.
