Gain More Security
In-house shredding creates a higher risk of an internal security breach. Current and former employees will use confidential information for corporate crimes and misuse that could embarrass your company. By outsourcing your document destruction with Secure Document Disposal, you can eliminate the possibility of internal leaks and add another level of security to your destruction program.
All employees have passed a complete background test and are subject to random drug testing. All employees are also subject to immediate dismissal if found to be reading any material.
All operations are performed indoors at our secure facility. Depending on your security level needs, all trucks can be locked, secured, and stored within the alarmed facility. Witness destruction can also be arranged.
All documents for shredding are fed into a high-volume shredder capable of processing 2,000 lbs. of paper per hour. The shredded material is then compressed into 1,200 lbs. bales, stored inside prior to transportation to a repulper for recycling.
We are professionally recognized as a member of the National Association of Information Destruction. NAID sets the standards for the document destruction industry.
Secure Document Disposal utilizes the most current technology to shred your documents and process the scrap for recycling. All of our employees are bonded and insured and are monitored throughout the collection and destruction phase to ensure complete confidentiality. All collection receptacles transported from your business remain locked and secure until they are unloaded at our secure facility and eventually sent for recycling.
